We believe in building relationships because a person is not a problem to be fixed but someone to be known.

Why? Repeatedly, Jesus invited people to, “follow me”. Jesus’ solution was for people to walk “with” him, not simply for him to do things “for” people. The best way to lead someone to Jesus is to have them follow you there. Walking with one another in relationship helps each of us discover one another’s God- given assets and leverage them for the greatest good, as Jesus did with his disciples.

DEMONSTRATED BY:

• Imitating Jesus in walk, talk and action is the best way to do life together.

• Developing relationships determines the best response to someone’s needs.

• Resisting programs for programs sake to focus on people for people’s sake.

• Investing in and inviting others to follow me as I follow Christ.
